Your agency is in the client’s home and per your state regulatory body you are not able to provide healthcare services which you are not qualified to provide.  However, the client or family wants you to act outside or nearly outside of your approved practice.  You want to keep the client, but they have aged in place, their physical function has changed, their mental status has deteriorated, they are physically or verbally aggressive and a harm to themselves or others, the family does not want to participate in the care plan and any other of a multitude of issues  that you face on a daily basis in your practice.  Charism can help you retain that client and grow your business through referrals.  Charism can help you by:

1.  In collaboration with your agency, provide the nursing care and services that are required to retain your client safely in  their home, e.g. medication set up, management and monitoring, physician communication, wound assessment and dressings, in home assessments, home safety modifications, staff training, family training, telephone and on site consultation with change of condition to prevent hospitalization and continue staffed hours, accompany clients to the doctor’s office for advocacy. 
2. Assist you in developing interviewing tools to enhance placement success.
3. Educate your home care staff in observation for proactive change in condition for reporting.
4. Provide your organization with another staff supervision resource.
